Leadership

Founder

Er.Richa Saxena, Founder of KOSH and SPOKGSS, is a renowned social entrepreneur and global speaker on sustainable circular textiles. A passionate advocate for the revival of khadi, nature, and culture, she has dedicated her career to building women-led, artisan-centric ecosystems that blend traditional wisdom with modern innovation.
She established KOSH to redefine the textile landscape through innovation, research, and respect for natural processes. Richa envisions a world where natural fiber textiles are not only preserved but celebrated as symbols of innovation, resilience, and cultural heritage.
Under her leadership, KOSH Textile LLP has become a platform that connects environmentally conscious design with dignified livelihoods for local artisans, promoting a more sustainable and inclusive future. Through her work, Richa continues to revive khadi clusters, empower women artisans, and promote environmentally conscious production models that strengthen both community and climate resilience. Her leadership embodies a rare blend of innovation, empathy, and environmental consciousness. Every aspect of KOSH — from its material research and product development to its social mission — reflects her dedication to authenticity, sustainability, and cultural resurgence.
Her vision is deeply rooted in the belief that textiles can tell stories of regeneration — of people, culture, and the planet.
